The Dallas-Fort Worth yoga community will celebrate the fourth annual “DFW Free Day of Yoga” this Labor Day Monday, September 6 at participating studios across the Metroplex. Enjoy four free yoga classes at Watters Creek as Allen Yoga Center host’s two free morning outdoor power yoga classes on the Green at 8 a.m. and 9:15 a.m., one afternoon family class at Lukes Locker at 2 p.m. and an evening class at Allen Yoga Center at 7 p.m. All skill levels welcome. Be sure to bring your mat, towel and water bottle.

Watters Creek, a resort-style development with meandering pathways through beautiful landscape, more than 500 trees and water views, provides an ideal backdrop for yoga.
