Celebratory 3 Course Prix Fixe Menu for Early or Gala Seating

Bring your loved ones and friends to CRÚ and ring in the new year in style! The chefs at CRÚ are featuring a stellar 3 course prix fixe menu that will complement the festive occasion. Fill your bellies with a delicious meal before you head out to your next NYE shindig or for those of you who stick around for the countdown, CRÚ will hand out complimentary champagne for you to toast to 2014! CRÚ Shops at Legacy will feature live music from John Rochelle.
Crú Watters Creek will have live music from The Voice contestant, Alyx Williams.

APPETIZER: Lobster Bisque (sherry, crabmeat & goat cheese crostini), Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller (apple smoked bacon, pernod-spinach, parmesan panko crumbs), Slow Roasted Herb Duck (creamy goat cheese polenta, wild winter mushrooms), Arugula Fennel Salad (roasted king mushrooms, shaved parmesan, sherry-thyme mustard seed dressing), Roasted White & Green Asparagus (frisée, white truffle vinaigrette & butternut squash ribbons)

ENTRÉE: 6 oz Filet Mignon (white truffle mashers, roasted white asparagus, béarnaise sauce), Australian Rack of Lamb Chop (roasted tomato escarole cannellini bean ragu, parmesan panko & rosemary barolo sauce), Seared “George Banks” Scallops
