Enjoy a Weekend Full of FREE Art Education and Activities for the Entire Family

WHAT:
Lucky Duck Kids Club, a family-friendly activity series at Watters Creek, returns Friday, May 13 through Sunday, May 15 with a weekend of FREE art education and hands-on activities during the Watters Creek Fine Arts Festival. Kid-friendly activities include:

Friday, May 13
5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ROCK ANIMAL PAINTING (all ages)

Saturday, May 14
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CHALK ART (all ages)
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. METAL MANIA (ages 8 to 14)
An opportunity to explore metal tooling.
11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. ORIGAMI HAWAIIAN SHIRT AND FROGS (all ages)
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. DISCOVERY ART WALK (all ages)
Discovery Walk of Watters Creek permanent public art collection. Clues available from Information Booth. Complete the art seek for opportunity to practice your own art skills and register for gift certificates.
Noon to 4 p.m. FACEPAINTING (all ages)
2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. FLOWER POWER (ages 5 to 12)
Painting flowers with acrylic paints.
3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ROCK ANIMAL PAINTING (all ages)
4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. TOPPER TALENT (ages 4 to 16)
Using model magic to create pencil topper sculptures.
4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. TIN FOIL SCULPTURES (all ages)
